berhasil Dan enak ! Mari Kita coba. Resep saya modif sedikit. Kalo resep
Asli menggunakan all purpose flour ( tepung Serba Guna alias rendah
protein kali ya Kalo Di Indonesia ) air, minyak sayur. Kalo saya pake
bread flour, susu kedele dan olive oil.

Bahan Bahan dan Bumbu Resep Cara Membuat

1. 3 cups bread flour
2. 1 cup soy milk (I Only have that, Maybe Whole milk okay)
3. 1 cup fresh spinach
4. 1 tbsp sugar
5. 1 tbsp olive oil
6. 2 1/2 Tsp active dry yeast
7. 1/2 tsp salt
8. 1 tsp black pepper
9. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cara Memasak Mudah dan Cepat

First, blend fresh spinach with soy milk. (Saya menggunakan vitamix ,
merk blender Yg bisa bikin Halus banget)
Mix all ingredients in a mixer. If the dough is lil dry add 2-4 tbsp
water. I used kitchen aid mixer in medium speed
When the dough is ready (It's not sticky) roll and shape into big oval
and put it in a loaf pan bread ( I line the parchment paper coz my pan is
not non stick pan.
Keep it in warm place so that it proofs double.
(2hours)
When it's ready, Brush the top With egg Yolk that's mixed With lil water
Or evaporated milk and bake in 350 F for 45 min Or till Its golden brown
Brush it With butter As soon as u take it out from the oven and let it
cool before u Slice it
Note : waktu memanggang mungkin harus lebih lama. Saya lupa rendah api
tapi hanya 45menit wktu manggang ini. Hiks mgkn harusnya 1jam.
